Vladimir Spirin – was born in 1954 in the town of Voznesensk, Nikolaevsky region.

In 1982 he graduated  from the 1-st Medical Institute  named after Academic I.P.Pavlov in Leningrad (Medical Faculty).

After his graduation Mr. Spirin was involved in organization of  health care services in a number of medical health centers of Saint-Petersburg.

From 1993 up to 2003 Mr. Spirin worked in the position of Principal specialist, Councilor of the President for  external economic work in the Public Health committee of Saint-Petersburg Administration.

Since 2002 he works with Petromed Holding Company, at present time Mr. Spirin holds a position of  the First Vice-President of Holding Company.
