Centers for training of the personnel for the Federal High Medical Technology centers will appear in Russia in the near future.

The work for training of the personnel for federal high medical technology centers is being performed at present within the limits of realization of the priority national project "Health". "Today specialists are trained in residency of the medical institutions of higher education, at the institutes for improvement of professional skills; the nurses from different regions of the country improve their qualification on the base of acting clinical institutes and hospitals", informed N.N. Volodin, Deputy Head of the Federal Agency of Public health and Social Development (Roszdrav) in his interview to ITAR-TASS. "We suggested the regions to decide themselves, which number of physicians needs additional education, and we work in accordance with their applications", said N.N. Volodin.
A separate direction in the activity for training of the personnel is forming of teams of highly qualified physicians which will visit the new federal medical technology centers and deliver "master-classes", i.e. perform diagnosis and operations. 3-6 such teams will be prepared for each center.
